Pay for a connection's membership

You want a colleague to have a plan, and you are happy to pay for it each month.

Before you start

  • You pay full price for a plan
  • The person is one of your connections
  • You have the credits for the first month

Steps

  1. Open Settings, tap the section name at the top, and choose Points, Credits & Billing.

  2. Tap Service Prices, and find Membership gifts.

    It appears when a gift is on offer.

  3. Tap Give beside the gift you want, then choose your connection.

    You can add a note, and it goes on the card they get in chat.

  4. Tap Give Membership, read the confirm, and tap Give Membership again.

    You pay now, and then on each 1st. If they decline, you get it back.

You will know it worked when

Your connection gets a gift card in chat and a notification. Your plan lists the gift as Pending and counts it in Total each month, and You give shows Waiting for their name until they answer.
